Frequently Asked Questions

Technically you don't, but if you want to grow your business without adding more staff or costs while improving your communication, operating more efficiently and having more time to spend on the business rather than in it, then Market Buy can help you.

Depending on levels of demand fully customised Market Buy accounts can be created in 48 hours. In many cases our Support team have agents ready to go in as little as 24 hours.

All new agents are put through our onboarding process within 48 hours of signing up with us. This training is free and takes the form of Zoom meetings, in office visits and access to our extensive agents only video library to ensure you have all the resources you will ever need to run successful sales. In addition to this all listing agents have access to a direct SMS help service that is directed to one of our team for immediate issues that you may have during the course of a sale.
As we all know, sometimes during a sale you need a response in minutes and not hours and this level of support is inbuilt into the technology suite of our software.

We charge a set-up fee to create your own individual customised account with your logos and colours. We then charge you on a sale by sale basis. There are no ongoing monthly or yearly charges, you only pay for how much and how often you use our service. Most agents include the Market Buy charges in the advertising packages with the added security of knowing that we only charge upon successful sale and not upload. If the property doesn't sell, then you have nothing to pay. We back ourselves and we back our software, so we only earn money if you earn money.
